Spam is on it's way..

Any one look at the new member list lately? We have one new user that named him or her self viagratramodalascialis or something like that. Any sentance that starts with the name is viagra is sure to be spam. What they don't realize is that as soon as they post spam, it will be deleted. The second time they post some spam the account will be deleted and they manage a third time thier ip address will be blocked.
Just say no to spam.

u better watch that ip address blocking. first of all it doesn't work. many of us use proxies which change ip addresses every time u get online. therefore banning one would be futile.
and the 2nd and more important issue is cuz of institutional ip addresses. like a public library. if u ban the ip address of someone who is using a public library computer, then all patrons at that library will not be able to use your site. not really an ideal situation.
think about this.
there are better ways of dealing with spammers and trolls.
